Hello! My name is Hasan Sharif; and something that you may not know about me is that when I was in my late teens, I found myself starting my career as an intern at a global consulting firm in the US.

I had just graduated from High School and was part of an internship program designed to expose young minorities to corporate America.

An early mentor recommended a couple of personal development books for me to read. Books like “Think & Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill, and “The Magic of Thinking Big” by David Schwartz. I made the decision to take my mentor’s advice for two reasons: 1. because clearly, he knew much more than I did; and 2. because I trusted him. This would end up being a trend for me.

So, I took action and read the recommended books! And WOW, did I get excited! I got excited about the possibility of creating wealth for myself – and I mean real wealth. The kind that’s measured by the amount of time that you can survive and thrive without actively seeking income – like from a job.

Fast-forward about 10 years. While working full-time as a consulting Manager, I made the decision to invest in real estate. Still on my personal development journey, this decision was influenced by reading books like “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki and “Real Estate Riches” by Dolf de Roos. These guys made buying property exciting and building passive income accessible.

I decided to continue educating myself and took action by enrolling in a real estate training course and attending a few seminars. After experiencing a bit of analysis paralysis, I kicked myself back into action and went on to purchase my first property. I was proud! I remember sitting on the staircase alone one night after all the renovations were done and thinking – “I’m on my way”. I also remember thinking that if I just put in 10% of the effort that I was putting in at my regular job, then I would be successful. I was so determined that before long, I bought another property – and then another; and after a few short years, owned a handful of properties in 3 different cities.

Fast-forward another 5 years. I made the decision to relocate to Australia to take advantage of an expansion program in my consulting company. Since that time, I’ve continued to develop as a consulting executive – and extended my external pursuits to include investing in a smaller consulting company in Singapore, opening a restaurant and bar in Melbourne, and yes, more real estate.

Along the way, I came across many people who felt stuck – whether working jobs or small businesses – they had no real leverage to create the lives they really wanted to live. Worse yet, some had never taken the time to really imagine what life could be like – and just accepted that they’d keep doing what they were doing.

And that’s exactly why I decided to dedicate my life to mentoring and coaching – helping others to create purpose, passion and pride in their lives by teaching them how to become better leaders and how to build lasting wealth for themselves and their families.

Welcome to the DREAM!
